Serbia and MOL Reach Agreement on NIS Shareholder Deal

Serbia and Hungarian oil and gas company MOL have reached a 'compromise' agreement regarding the shareholder structure of NIS, a Serbian oil company. The deal, which involves an additional five percent of shares for Serbia, now awaits approval from Gazprom Neft, MOL, and the American administration.
