Lisbon Court Orders Repeat of UNL Rector Election

The Lisbon Administrative Court ruled that the election for the rector of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL) must be repeated, finding that the university's statutes requiring candidates to be full professors exceeded the scope of the law, and ordered UNL to pay €30,000.
