Bulgarian Government Approves OMV Petrom for Black Sea Oil and Gas Exploration
The Bulgarian government has approved the Romanian company OMV Petrom to explore for oil and gas in the offshore Black Sea block "Han Tervel." Energy giant Shell transferred 25% of its rights but will retain a 75% stake in the project.
