Serbia Questions Loan for New Trains from Deutsche Bank

Serbian transport engineer Dragomir Lukić questioned the decision to take a nearly 264 million euro loan from Deutsche Bank for 30 new trains for BG Voz, asking why domestic manufacturers are not considered.
