(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 25 - Naples finance and Carabinieri police staged an operation on Wednesday to arrest four people in relation to an investigation into the hold the Contini clan of the Camorra mafia allegedly had over several of the activities of the city's San Giovanni Bosco hospital, sources said.
