Kosovo Assembly President Cannot Convene Session for Presidential Election Without Proposals

Kosovo Assembly President Aljbuljena Hadžiu stated she cannot convene a parliamentary session to elect the President of Kosovo without at least two proposals, each supported by a minimum of 30 parliamentary signatures.
