Iraq Exports Fuel Oil to Europe via Syria Amid Hormuz Blockade

Iraq has exported 2.1 million tons of fuel oil to Europe via land routes through Syria and then across the Mediterranean Sea since April, a move prompted by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
