"Rei Ghob" Denied Conditional Release Despite Serving Half Sentence

Francisco Leitão, known as "Rei Ghob," who was convicted of manipulating and abusing minors and murdering three young people, continues to be denied conditional release by the justice system despite having served half of his maximum sentence.
