Icelandic Ombudsman Investigates Delays in Asylum Case Processing

The Icelandic Ombudsman has requested information from the Ministry of Justice regarding delays in the processing of asylum cases by the Directorate of Immigration, which are attributed to due diligence investigations by the Suðurnes police chief.
