South Ossetian Representative Declared Undesirable in Moldova Spotted in Tiraspol
Vitalii Yankovsky, who leads the so-called representation of South Ossetia in the Transnistrian region and was previously declared persona non grata in Moldova, has been seen again on Moldovan territory, participating in events in Tiraspol.
