EU Member States Agree to Reform Cross-Border Unemployment Insurance Rules
EU member states have reached an agreement to reform unemployment insurance rules for cross-border workers, which could potentially bring 860 million euros to France by shifting the responsibility for paying benefits to the country of employment.
