There was an explosion in Dubai's The Palm luxury area, and fallen debris killed a Pakistani civilian in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates capital, as Iran launched strikes on all the oil-rich Gulf countries except for Oman, after US-Israel strikes on Iran.
