Poland's BFG states Idea Bank creditors unharmed by restructuring
The Polish Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG) has asserted that creditors were not harmed by the forced restructuring of Idea Bank. The BFG argues that in a hypothetical bankruptcy scenario, even less money would have been available for distribution, deeming claims for over 80 million PLN from the state as unfounded.
