Ifo Report: Russia Continues to Import Military Products from EU via Third Countries

A report by Ifo indicates that despite stricter EU export bans since early 2024, sanctioned military products continue to reach Russia via third countries, including Serbia, though the bypassing of sanctions has decreased.
