Lisbon's Avenida Dom Carlos I Reopens After Santos Metro Station Completion
Avenida Dom Carlos I in Lisbon has reopened to traffic following the completion of the Santos metro station. Carris buses will resume service on Thursday, and the 25 tram will return to its normal route on Monday.
