Nigerian Court Strikes Out Suit for NDDC Audit Report Release
A Federal High Court in Nigeria has struck out a suit filed by Social Action, which sought the release of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) audit report. The court cited that the case was filed against a non-existent entity.
