Woman Arrested for Allegedly Setting Hair on Fire at Warsaw Central Station

Police in Warsaw have arrested a 35-year-old woman, Natalia S., suspected of setting another woman's hair on fire at Central Station, who initially thought the smell was from a firecracker.
