Bulgarian Authorities Deem Public Quota in Supreme Judicial Council Unconstitutional

Authorities from 'Progressive Bulgaria' have justified the lack of substantial reforms in proposed changes to the Judicial System Act, stating that the possibility of a public quota in the Supreme Judicial Council would be unconstitutional and risk being overturned by the Constitutional Court.
