Lionel Messi event row: Bengal police issue third notice to TMC leader Arup Biswas

TMC leader and former minister Arup Biswas has received a third notice from Bidhannagar commissionerate regarding the Lionel Messi "GOAT India Tour" event. He is directed to appear before Bidhannagar South Police Station within 48 hours as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged ticket black marketing, extortion, and fraud.
