Ombudsman Rules LNG Document Should Not Have Been Hidden in New Zealand

New Zealand's ombudsman has ruled that a document concerning liquefied natural gas should not have been hidden. The document, now fully released, concluded that access to LNG was unlikely to affect average electricity prices.
