Honda Forecasts Massive Net Loss, Revises EV Strategy

Honda announced an expected net loss of up to 690 billion yen for the current fiscal year, primarily due to a review of its EV business in North America. The company is now compelled to fundamentally revise its strategy, including strengthening hybrid vehicle development, moving away from its previous 2040 all-EV/fuel cell sales target.
