Lithuanian PM Ruginienė Expresses Readiness to Participate in European Council

Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė stated that she sees herself participating effectively in the European Council and believes there is a need for a more flexible arrangement allowing the President and Government to share this responsibility based on competence.
