Two Men Detained in Ulcinj on Suspicion of Usury
Nikola Divljak (33) and Safet Bećiragić (25) from Ulcinj have been detained on suspicion of usury, allegedly defrauding one person of approximately 400,000 euros. They have been remanded into custody.
