Fernández Díaz's Lawyer Seeks Acquittal in Bárcenas Case

The defense lawyer for former Interior Minister Jorge Fernández Díaz has requested his acquittal, arguing that Bárcenas was the PP's treasurer, not the ministry's, and therefore Fernández Díaz had no motive to destroy his papers.
