Bosnian Presidency Chairperson Becirovic Links OHR Closure to 5+2 Agenda Fulfillment

Denis Becirovic, Chairperson of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, addressed the UN Security Council, stating that discussions on closing the Office of the High Representative (OHR) can only occur after the 5+2 agenda is fulfilled.
