Woman Dies After Being Launched From Bridge Without Rope; Instructors Detained

A young woman died after being launched from a bridge without a rope, with a witness seeing an employee remove a GoPro from her body. Three instructors have been detained and cannot explain who was responsible for attaching the rope.
