Indian Government to Retain AI Labelling Rule, Introduce Advisories

The Indian government plans to retain its AI labelling rule and introduce a schedule for advisories, as part of proposed amendments to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
