Romanian PNL Party Demands Resignation of Argeș County Council Vice-President Over Corruption Charges

The National Liberal Party (PNL) in Argeș, Romania, is calling for the resignation of Marius Nicolaescu, the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Vice-President of the Argeș County Council, who has been indicted by the National Anticorruption Directorate for alleged illegalities in overpriced house purchases.

PNL Argeş solicită demisia vicepreşedintelui Consiliului Judeţean Argeş, Marius Nicolaescu (PSD), trimis în judecată de Direcţia Naţională Anticorupţie pentru ilegalităţi în cazul unor case cumpărate la suprapreţ şi destinate unor persoane vulnerabile. Dacă nu va demisiona, liberalii susţin că vor demara procedura de revocare din funcţie.
