Man Receives Record 31-Month Jail Sentence for Torturing Cats in Singapore
A man in Singapore has been sentenced to 31 months in jail, a record sentence for animal abuse, after torturing and stabbing multiple cats, and is also disqualified from owning any animal for 12 months upon release.
