Supreme Court dismisses plea against BNSS provision on judges in prosecution job

The petition challenged Section 20 subclauses (2)(a) and (2)(b) of the BNSS, which allow the appointment of serving or retired judicial officers as directors of prosecution, and serving judicial officers as deputy directors and assistant directors of prosecution.
