Japan's LDP and Ishin Propose Loosening Defense Equipment Export Rules

Japan's Liberal Democratic Party and Nippon Ishin no Kai have proposed abolishing current restrictions on defense equipment exports, allowing the transfer of lethal weapons overseas. The government is expected to revise guidelines based on this proposal.
