Riga City Council Plans Forced Cleanup of Private Courtyards
The Riga City Council is drafting regulations to allow the municipality to forcibly tidy up inner courtyards that do not belong to the municipality or house owners, but to third parties. The city would then bill the owners for the cleanup costs.
