Lithuania plans to create counter-mobility zone along its border with Belarus and Russia

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense has proposed expanding the network of engineering counter-mobility parks by adding 23 more by the end of 2030, as well as establishing a counter-mobility strip along the borders with Belarus and Russia.
