Bulgarian Justice Minister Discusses Sarafov's 'Eternal Temporary Mandate'
Bulgaria's caretaker Minister of Justice, Andrey Yankulov, announced he would appeal the refusal of the Prosecutorial College to appoint a new interim Chief Prosecutor, stating that Sarafov could receive an 'eternal temporary mandate'.
