Madras High Court Orders SIT in Pregnant Woman's Death Case

The Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu government to form a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the death of a pregnant woman. The court also ordered the Director of Medical Education to constitute a 'Neutral Medical Board' within 24 hours, explicitly excluding doctors who conducted the initial postmortem.
