Russian Strikes Kill Civilians and Damage Infrastructure Across Ukraine

Russian forces launched multiple strikes across Ukraine, resulting in civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure. Attacks on Kyiv and the Dnipropetrovsk region killed at least two people, caused fires, and damaged infrastructure, adding to previous strikes on Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Bilopillia.
