Acting Kosovo President Calls for Review of Serbian Judges' 2022 Resignations

The acting President of Kosovo, Aljbuljena Hadžiju, has urged the President of the Judicial Council of Kosovo, Rustem Tači, to promptly address the resignations submitted by judges from the Serbian community in 2022.

Vršiteljka dužnosti predsednice Kosova Aljbuljena Hadžiju je danas tražila ;od predsednika Sudskog saveta Kosova Rustema Tačija da bez odlaganja razmotri ostavke sudija iz srpske zajednice, podnete 2022. godine.U pismu koje je dobila prištinska agencija Telegrafi, Hadžiju izražava zabrinutost zbog nepostupanja u tim slučajevima, ističući da prema važećem zakonodavstvu, nakon ostavke sudije, Savet predlaže predsedniku razrešenje sa funkcije.
