Don’t allow bulldozer culture to enter Maharashtra, this is not UP or Bihar: Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court's Aurangabad bench criticized the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation for arbitrarily demolishing properties linked to AIMIM corporator Mateen Patel and resident Hanif Khan. The court noted the violation of Supreme Court guidelines, including the mandatory 15-day notice period, and stated the action rendered families homeless.
