Belgian court set to rule on farmer's lawsuit against TotalEnergies, but will wait for French justice first

Hugues Falys has accused the oil giant of harming his business by contributing to climate change. The Tournai court decided it will only rule after a similar case against the company in France is concluded, with a verdict expected in June.
