Lubinets reports 'hundreds of hostages' with valid deferments at Berehove Recruitment Center

Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, has reported widespread violations at the Berehove Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, including the alleged unlawful detention of hundreds of conscription-age men with valid deferments and the unjustified cancellation of those deferments.
