From Bordeaux and Burgundy to Alsace and the Loire Valley, the list goes on – and quite frankly, it can quickly become overwhelming. So, for this Entre Nous, we are offering you a short wine lesson. To guide us, we are joined by Maxime Caderon, head sommelier and in charge of all wine programmes at the prestigious Cordon Bleu school here in Paris.
