Kaja Kallas: EU must accelerate enlargement process
Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas stated at an EU diplomats' conference in Brussels that while enlargement must remain merit-based, the pace needs to be accelerated given current circumstances. She emphasized that enlargement is an antidote to Russian imperialism.
