Teacher Banned for Inappropriate Conduct with Pupils

Anthony Hook, a teacher, has been banned after repeatedly playing with pupils’ hair, calling one 'beautiful,' writing 'I love Mr Hook' in another’s planner, and suggesting he would be a pupil's prom date.
