Poland Implements EU 'Women on Boards' Directive for Gender Balance in Public Companies
The Polish Council of Ministers has adopted a draft law to improve gender balance in public companies, implementing the EU's 'Women on Boards' directive, which mandates that one-third (33%) of positions on management and supervisory boards of listed companies be held by women.
