Thai Expat in Australia Identified as Intended Recipient of Heroin from Stewardess
Authorities have identified a Thai woman living in Australia as the intended recipient of heroin smuggled by a Thai stewardess. The Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) stated the woman would have received tote bags with hidden heroin.
