Almost half of Italian parents let kids have phones by age of 10

(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 7 - Almost half of Italian parents, 46.4%, allow their children to use a smartphone by the age of 10, according to a report on parenthood released on Thursday by research institute Censis. The survey said that 68.4% let them have a smartphone by age 11, and almost all, 90.4%, have one by the age of 12.
