Japan Court Orders State, Prefecture to Pay Compensation in Matsubashi Incident

The Fukuoka High Court has ordered the state and Kumamoto Prefecture to pay compensation to the family of a man wrongly convicted in the 41-year-old Matsubashi Incident, acknowledging their responsibility.
