Lithuanian Businessman Rimandas Stonys' VAT Fraud Case Returned to Prosecutors
The Kaunas District Court has decided not to hear the criminal case against one of Lithuania's wealthiest businessmen, Rimandas Stonys, and other defendants, returning it to the prosecutor's office. The case involves alleged large-scale fraud related to the embezzlement of value-added tax (VAT).
