Maharashtra Budget Session to Proceed Without Opposition Leaders

For the first time in Maharashtra's history, the budget session will be held without leaders of the opposition in either House, a development termed a 'threat to democratic norms' by the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) opposition.
