Japan's Nuclear Fuel Storage Nears 90% Capacity at Some Reactors

Spent nuclear fuel storage rates have reached up to 90% of capacity at some of Japan's reactors, with 15 reactors at nine plants having restarted since the 2011 Fukushima disaster.
